The Cost of each DVD is $15.00 plus GST ($1.50)
If you are GST exempt and provide your ABN number
then you are able to purchase the disk GST free.

Indicate for which Sunday(s) you would like to receive a DVD.
The DVD will be sent to you approximately a week in advance of the specified Sunday.
An invoice will be included with the DVD.
If you receive a number of DVDs over a period then you are free
to collect the invoices together and make a single payment.
